About
Partnership for Community Action, Inc. is a private nonprofit agency born out of President Lyndon Johnson’s War on Poverty initiative. The purpose of this program is to assist qualified renters in DeKalb county with a rate reduction of their DeKalb County Watershed bill (s). This program can assist with a housing stability payment and up to 12 months for those in arrears.
DWP will assist with:
- Arrearages for disconnected households
- Arrearages for households at risk of disconnection
- Reconnection and late fees
- Reduction in rate charges for current bills
DWP will not assist with:
- Household plumbing repairs

What To Bring To Your Appointment
For your appointments, you will need to bring the following required documents:
- Photo ID for applicant
- Proof of Social Security for all household members (if applicable)
- Proof of income for the last 30 days for all household members 18 years and older.
