The LIHEAP program offers financial assistance in the form of a once-per-program-year payment that can be applied to your home energy bill. This assistance can help eligible households cover some of their heating or cooling costs ensuring they can maintain a safe and comfortable living environment.



The Heating appointment scheduler will open on January 2, 2025, for all households.



Households must bring all required documents to their appointments.

*Current heating bill (if applicable) and electric bill

*Proof of income for the last 30 days for all household members 18 and older

*Social Security cards for all household members (if applicable)

*Valid Photo ID
